4-6 weeks paid Sabbatical Leave .
Togglers are eligible for:
- 4 weeks of paid Sabbatical after working at Toggl for 3 consecutive years,
- 5 weeks of paid Sabbatical after working at Toggl for 4 consecutive years,
- 6 weeks of paid Sabbatical after working at Toggl for 5 or more consecutive years
Eligibility for a new Sabbatical renews 3 years after the end date of the last Sabbatical, and the thresholds reset as well.

- In-company development. We, at Toggl, want to offer you the chance to grow professionally. - External Learning: 4000€ per year contribution to use outside of Toggl for work-related things (out of the company development).
Remote Work Slice 🍰

- Coworking space & internet
- 3,000€ annually for co-working space and/or home internet
- Work equipment
- Home office starting budget: 2,000€. (you don't need to spend all at once)
- Equipment Renewal: After 3 years of tenure, you will receive an annual 300€ top-up to upgrade or replace equipment as needed.
- Work-related subscriptions: task manager like Todoist and others. (Incl. Windows 10 upgrade from Home to Pro, if needed for disk encryption.)
- Laptop: purchase value up to 2,500€ including the VAT element. You can get one after the first month of working with us, without needing approval from your Team Lead. If you need one immediately or require a laptop that exceeds this budget, please seek approval from your Team Lead. The Team Lead will then inform the CFO if the higher cost is necessary and justified. Please check the security policy rules about laptops here.

- Where necessary, smartphones or iPads: If your position requires it (primarily support, product, and mobile teams), a smartphone or an iPad. Talk to your team lead if you need one and ask them to inform Finance that it’s been agreed.
