NB! Please keep in mind that budgets can’t be mixed and transferred from one category to another (example: you can’t use health budget for professional development).
All budgets are annual and non-transferable between fiscal years.
Any expenses you purchase dated between Jan-Dec impact that year's budget, regardless of when the event or benefit is taking place. Any spend you do above your 4k budget will not be reimbursed by Toggl, nor be allowed to be claimed in the new year, even if the conference/event/benefit is in the future.

Eligibility for a new Sabbatical renews 3 years after the end date of the last Sabbatical, and the thresholds reset as well.
