At Toggl, we have an uncapped sick leave policy, meaning there is no limit to the number of consecutive sick days you can take or how many times per year.

If you are sick, please take a sick leave to recover before returning to work. At Toggl, we do not impose arbitrary limits on recovery time, so we provide all our team members with uncapped paid sick leave. This way, you can get the support and flexibility you need when illness strikes.
General rules for taking the sick leave:
<aside> 🇪🇪 If you are an Estonian employee, there is no need to take official sick leave (haigusleht) anymore, because Toggl will maintain your salary anyway, no matter if it is 1, 2, 3 or more days. No more salary lost in longer sick leaves due to Estonian regulations, yay.

Toggl does not offer health insurance and you should get public or private coverage in your own country.
