The main goal of this program is to leverage employees’ resources and networks to find potential new hires in the fastest and most efficient way.

When an existing employee recommends a candidate who they think would make a great match for our company, then this candidate is an employee referral.

When referring someone for an open position, you are vouching for that person: it means that you objectively consider your pal a great fit for Toggl and the role we offer, both from a cultural and technical point of view.

🚀 How our Referral Program works

Toggl will give out rewards for referring qualified candidates to our job openings.

If you know someone who you think would be a good fit for a position at our company, feel free to refer them. If we end up hiring your referred candidate, you will be eligible for a € 500 Referral bonus.
