<aside> 🌎 Remote work is cool and can be super productive, but sometimes you may feel lonely. We are not robots and need personal connection and fun with our colleagues. In Toggl, we strongly believe relationships can be maintained remotely, but are forged in person. This is why we invite everyone to participate in meetups.

The main purpose of all meetups is team building and to be productive within your team: through special projects, discussions, planning. You name it. All that while building stronger relationships and, of course, having fun. This fills everyone with the positive energy and takes our work to the next level after returning home.

‼️ We strongly encourage everyone to participate on meetups, but participation is not mandatory.

Meetup Types

• 1. Company-wide meetups
• 2. Team meetups
• 3. Departmental meetups
• 4. Joint team/department meetups

General Rules

• Every Toggler can join a total of 3 meetups per year
• It is possible to join meetups of other teams if needed
• TLs and HoD are the main decision-makers about meetups
• Meetup location needs to be a reasonable business expense for Toggl
• You are allowed to bring +1s to meetups
