This short guide contains information on how to connect your personal Google calendar with the company (@toggl.com) Google calendar. It assumes that the personal calendar is your primary calendar, i.e. you want to see Toggl-related events in the personal calendar.
Open the Settings page in your company calendar.
Navigate to: Settings for my calendars → [Your calendar name] → Access permissions.
In the "Share with specific people" section click on "Add people" and enter the email address associated with your personal calendar.
Under "Permissions" select the "Make changes to events" option.
You will now receive an email with the subject "[your-name]@toggl.com has shared a calendar with you". This means you successfully connected the two calendars. Note: This email will almost certainly end up in your spam folder.
Events from the Toggl calendar should immediately start popping up in your personal calendar. If they aren't, add the calendar manually by inputting your Toggl email address in the "Add a friend's calendar" field.
Bonus step: Assuming events from your Toggl calendar are showing okay in the personal calendar, open the Settings and navigate to: Settings for other calendars → [Your Toggl calendar name]. From here you can change the way your Toggl calendar looks and behaves in the personal/primary calendar.
